Our vision is a real center — and we can't build it alone.
Right now we are full. Every single week we are at capacity on beds, and the phone keeps ringing — kids and families who need somewhere to stay, some for a few nights, some for a lot longer. We want to be able to say yes to every one of them. That means moving into a bigger property, with real space, and running this on the scale the need actually is.
And before any of that, there is Tishrei. The Yamim Tovim are almost here, and for an operation this basic, running on a budget this thin, it is going to be a mountain and a half.
So we are looking for partners — in any capacity at all. It was never only about the big gifts. It is the simple $36s that add up. It is the neighbor who can get us food, the person with a resource, a contact, a truck, an hour of their time. All of it together is the picture that keeps a place like this afloat.
