It takes a community

Community Resources We Know & Trust

The Bunker of Light is one door among many. These are organizations serving Jewish teens, young adults, and families across the Lakewood and Ocean County area — each doing holy work, each worth knowing.

When a family reaches out and another organization is the better fit, we say so — and help make the connection. Here are some of the places we respect and refer to.

A Lakewood community serving at-risk boys and girls facing trauma, addiction, or family instability — daily minyanim and meals, night seder, 24/7 private mentoring, therapy and placement services, and Shabbatons. If there's a will, there's a way.
